Terms of service

Draft, pending legal review Last updated 2026-09-18.

1. The software

The Kruvo desktop app is provided "as is". Its core is derived from OpenWorker, released under the MIT License, whose copyright and permission notice are included with every copy. Kruvo-specific additions, branding and the Kruvo Cloud services are proprietary to Kruvo.

2. Your responsibility

Kruvo executes actions on your machine and in the services you connect, under approval gates you control. You are responsible for the credentials you provide, the approvals you grant, the standing rules you create, and the results of actions you approve. Review what the app proposes before approving it.

3. Kruvo Cloud and paid plans

Paid plans are billed through our merchant of record under its terms of sale. Subscriptions renew until cancelled from the customer portal. Trials convert to the Free plan if not purchased; anything above Free limits is paused, not deleted. We may change plan contents and prices with notice; existing subscriptions keep their price until renewal.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Kruvo to access systems you are not authorised to access, to circumvent security controls, or to violate the terms of the model providers and services you connect.

5. Availability and liability

Kruvo Cloud is offered without an uptime guarantee outside Enterprise agreements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kruvo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the software or services.
